Serenia City, Sepang

Serenia City is a mixed-use development by Sime Darby Serenia Development Sdn Bhd covering an area of approximately 2,370 acres. The project site is located in Sepang, Selangor approximately 46 kilometres south of Kuala Lumpur. It is also located within close proximity to Putrajaya, Cyberjaya and Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).

This project involved several phases of survey works for the planning and construction stages. The development comprises of residential, commercial, industrial and institutional land uses with a total of approximately 945 lots.

We provided the precomp plan and boundary survey for the project. We also act as land survey consultant and liaison for our client between the Land Office and Survey Department for the submission and approval of the certified plan and registration of land title.
