Amalgamation of Lots at Melawati

In 2012, we began working with the client to develop a site with an approximate area of 3.6 acres. The client planned to develop a highrise apartment on the site which is located in Taman Melawati, Kuala Lumpur about 10 kilometers of Kuala Lumpur City Centre.

The proposed site consists of several existing lots that needs to be amalgamated under Section 146 – 150, National Land Code. We provided several type of land survey services to our client for this project which includes the following:

• Preparation of precomp plans
• Amalgamation of the said lots
• Boundary survey
• Liaison with the Land Office and Survey Department for the approval of applications
